Have you done anything differently in this period?
Not really as we’re accustomed to prototyping and collaborative practices, however we’re finding the Climate Action Insights are a big influence on our thinking and come up in conversation frequently.
What's the most significant change in your project in this period?
We had a breakthrough on the design of the Learning Venture. We found it challenging to think through how we could motivate or incentivise different partners to work together. Prototyping with partners helped us to gather some insights and validate some assumptions. Then we returned to some literature and reconsidered some of our original inspiration which helped us give a rough shape to potential activities. We’re now taking this into a planning stage with a view to formally inviting partners in January/February.
