A lot of things happened (see question what to do next). What we can say is we visited the site where we should be intervening together with the possible partners (SRLB, SISP and SIMA). Besides these two partners, the project will involve an urban consultancy which needs to run a study to see what to do with an internal concrete patio in the long term and how to give access to the social housing inhabitants. We will be intervening in this patio while the study is happening and trying to do some “tactical interventions” and running an “educational programme. The space, ecosystem and actors are quite challenging. So this visit has been a reality check. Sooooo, yeah!

everything we do in this project s different for us. It entails interacting a lot with local partners which is not something we do. Process-wise, I am not sure we have changed anything from our last entry.

Well, this is rather complicated to say. On the one hand side we are waiting to sign an MoU with our main partner (SRLB). The SRLB on its side is waiting to start a project at the social housing where we want to intervene; once this is confirmed we can start working with the rest of the partners. For now, we need to go back to the Miro and check again the exercises and see how to move on. Then, (carmen writing), I will be finishing to work at SD sometime end of January and Maria will be taking over when she is back from her maternity – mid February- so we also need to prepare a proper hand over and see how to move on in the meantime and when Maria is back.
