What's exciting us?
Yes, the fact that we learn more about what an LV would be day by day. As mentioned before this is new for us because usually we begin by already having in mind what we want to reach.

What different about this project?
We have gathered stakeholders that we previously haven’t worked with, but are important actors in the area of urban pollination and climate justice, as well as policy. This LV is being formed bottom-up, since this is the first time we are working with the majority of our stakeholders.
What has been important in this period?
Meetings with future LV members and relevant stakeholders to share ideas and work on a project roadmap. One of the meetings was with the Beeamond company representatives, creators of urban hives, at the Belgrade Science and Technology fair (image below).
Next steps
We are planning the first LV meeting and local activities with our core LV group at the beginning of October. Once the core group is gathered, we are planning to initiate the system design approach to road mapping, while we mostly relied on participatory design so far.
What advice would we give?
Try to think about a layered approach to forming your LV. The core LV should be the most dedicated and agreeable stakeholders, while the LV can gradually grow across the project to involve more diverse stakeholders.
Be open to ideas from LV stakeholders, as they might change your perspective of the LV pathway, as well as near and guiding stars. They can provide more information on challenges and opportunities that you might nort be aware of.
