What's worrying us?
All these added by Mairéad, Anne may feel different.
Lack of clarity, unclear where we are going, worried about different agendas, lack of time and human resources. At project level frustrated by lack of progress on some elements and slight lack of cohesion, and therefore frustrated with myself as coordinator and worried about not be able to achieve our ambitions. Also there is SO MUCH going on with climate action/social justice in Ireland that I am getting overloaded with ideas, suggestions, invitations, examples, I can’t even read all the emails and Teams messages I get, never mind listen to podcasts or watch videos. Also frustrated that right now, someone connects us with something amazing, but we have nothing specific to share or way to work with them – I’d like to be building something tangible sooner rather than later that people could use or share in somehow.

The 7 insights!
What's different about this project?
This project is a new set up for all of us so hard to gauge what is novel.
What has been important in this period?
We have had a number of community consultations which have been valuable to start conversations with interested others working in a similar space. Especially meeting individuals and small scale projects rather than large scale ones.

What advice would we give?
Anne says: trust the process.
Mairéad says: don’t try to do it alongside other projects, it needs your full attention.
